Backward Speak

February 6, 2012

Backward Speak.   A poem today from Christyb from Poetic Parfait on WordPress.
Looking back on my life, how I would love to spend some extra days with my mother (now dead).  I would ask her alot of questions, and offer her the support she needed, but I feel did not receive.   I’ve been told no one expects their children/teens to provide that type of emotional support, however, now as an adult, I have learned so much that is very practical.  I’d love to hear what she would say, and the look she would have on her face, as I would share what I now know.

Also, as an additional thought, I could tell my mother about my newest entrepreneurship.  My mom would be very happy for me that I’ve developed and patented a new product, www.EZSlideCabinetHardware.com  Slide On Cabinet Handles which require no drilling to install.  Also, made in the USA, made in America, is a feature appealing to many consumers; that is the line of recycled aluminum cabinet hardware.   Great for renters cabinet handles, hardware, office furniture, garage cabinetry, as well as the obvious kitchen and bath cabinetry.

How to install kitchen cabinet knobs easily

March 1, 2010

How easily can kitchen cabinet handles and knobs be installed?

For those people who don’t own a drill, don’t want to use a drill, or don’t want to hire someone to drill into their fine wood cabinets, there is an easy solution.     There are patented cabinet hardware pieces that simply SLIDE ON to the cabinet drawer or door.  They stay on because they are specially designed to adhere by tension.

The handles, knobs and pulls are available in many different colors, and metal finishes.   And for people who try to buy ‘green’, the cabinet hardware is available made from recycled materials, both aluminum and plastic.

It takes no special skills to install these cabinet knobs and handles.  Imagine not having to pay anyone to install the hardware for you.  People can save money.  And it is certainly less stressful than trying to drill, align and install conventional hardware.

As of March 1, 2010 they are available on an online shop:   www.EZSlideCabinetHardware.com

No messy drilling! No drills, no screws needed for Stylized cabinet handles

February 17, 2010

From my research, I have not found any cabinet hardware that is installed easily, without having to drill into your fine cabinetry.  So to fill a need, how about handles that attach without drills, no drilling, no drill needed!   Let me repeat, no messy drilling!   My woman-owned company is responsible for patenting several styles of slide-on knobs, pulls and handles.

My alternative solution called EZ Slide Cabinet Hardware, made from recycled materials, adding to an environmentally friendly solution.    The recycled cabinet handles will soon be available for just a few dollars.

EZ to install Cabinet Hardware – No Drill needed!

January 18, 2010

How many people really enjoy measuring, drilling and screwing around with Cabinet Hardware, like pulls, knobs, and handles? I don’t know anyone, unless they are getting paid good money to install. So, I invented an EZ alternative solution called EZ Slide Cabinet Hardware. This solution removes the frustration of installing your own cabinet hardware, no drilling!   My stylized design slides on, and adheres by tension to the drawer or cabinet door. Many of my patented products will be made from recycled materials, which make them eco-friendly.  My up and coming website will also provide a wide selection of the most popular knobs, handles, and pulls.   http://EZSlideCabinetHardware.com (website under construction Jan 2010

When you need to discuss a problem

July 22, 2008

Having been married successfully for 30 plus years, as I read an Awake! article recently about discussing serious subjects with your partner, I agreed this was valuable info:   Here it is.

  1. Schedule a time when neither of you is tired.
  2. Avoid criticizing; be positive toward each other.
  3. Avoid interrupting; take turns listening and talking.
  4. Acknowledge the other’s feelings
  5. Express empathy for each other, even when you disagree.
  6. Be reasonable and flexible.
  7. Humbly apologize when you are mistaken
  8. Express appreciate and affection.
